On October 22, 2012, BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P., St. Helier,
Jersey, Channel Islands, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche Bank AG,
Frankfurt a. M., Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on April 04, 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.03% (this
corresponds to 28173631 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.03% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
28173631 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
