On March 28, 2012, Lins Wallpaper Limited, London, UK, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on A.S. Création Tapeten AG, Gummersbach, Germany, have exceeded the
10% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 27, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 10.03% (this corresponds to 300,903 Voting Rights).

On March 28, 2012, Mr. Oleg Dzhagaev, Russia, has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his voting rights on A.S.
Création Tapeten AG, Gummersbach, Germany, have exceeded the 10% threshold
of the Voting Rights on March 27, 2012 and on that day amounted to 10.03%
(this corresponds to 300,903 Voting Rights). According to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 10.03% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 300,903 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr. Dzhagaev
from Lins Wallpaper Limited, London, UK.
