Purchase of 174,272 class A shares from Registered Redeemers (as defined in
the Supplement No. 4 dated 25 September 2012 to the Proxy Statement dated 2
May 2012 (the “Supplement”)). In addition to the acquisition of these
174,272 class A shares, Mannheims Beteiligungs GmbH received 34,323
additional class A shares (resulting from the conversion of class B1 shares
into class A shares), 17,427 class B2 shares and 17,427 class B3 shares for
free under and as per the revised terms at which an Investor (as defined in
the Supplement) could purchase class A shares from Registered Redeemers (as
set out in the Supplement).
