Baader Bank AG: Baader Bank strengthens Equity Sales Team with Evelyne Halkema Groll

Baader Bank AG in Unterschleißheim has bolstered its Equity Sales Team with the addition of Evelyne Halkema Groll. Halkema Groll is switching from CA Cheuvreux to Baader Bank in Frankfurt am Main, where she will largely be responsible for institutional investors in France. She has many years of experience selling German equities and, in the recent Thomson Reuters EXTEL Survey, took first place for sales of German equities. 'In the shape of Halkema Groll we are delighted to welcome an extremely experienced and highly successful sales specialist in German equities to our team', said Oliver Riedel, Co-Head of Corporates and Markets at Baader Bank. 'This helps the Bank to access the strategically crucial market of France and its institutional investors', added Nico Baader, Baader Bank board member responsible for Capital Market Services. As the leading local broker for German and Austrian equities, this appointment represents another step for the Bank in pushing ahead with continuous and selective growth in investment banking. As part of its sales strategy the Bank is organising the first Baader Investment Conference in Munich from 25 to 27 September 2012. This will bring together representatives from almost 100 companies in Germany and Austria and more than 400 investors. Alongside the group presentations there will be almost 900 one-on-one meetings.
