ORIENT Strategies AG extends lock-up for majority shareholders.

St. Gallen/ Berlin, October 24,2012. Management and the majority shareholders of ORIENT Strategies AG agreed on an extension of the contractual lock-up of the shares of the majority shareholders at least up till December 31, 2013.

'The group of majority shareholders which also comprises the members of the board of administration have committed themselves not to dispose of their shares of ORIENT Strategies AG without the prior approval of the company before December 31, 2013' explains Hans-Joachim Bischoff, member of the board of administration of the company, 'in order to secure this commitment, all shares of the majority shareholders lie in a trustee account.'

'This further ensures that any capital generated by the controlled selling of shares is being invested into the Company' continues Konstantin v. Reden-Lütcken, President of ORIENT Strategies AG 'We as members of the board of administration and majority shareholders have therewith committed ourselves to grant highest priority to the financing of ORIENT Strategies AG and it's projects and shareholders.'
