Clere AG: CLERE AG signs more bearer bonds
DGAP-News: Clere AG / Key word(s): Miscellaneous CLERE AG signs more bearer bonds CLERE AG signed more bearer bonds in the amount of 4.2 million Euro, collateralised by operating solar parks in Germany. After CLERE AG’s reorientation towards renewable energy and the first project closed on 19 July 2016, this is the next realised project in the new core business. Altogether, CLERE has now invested more than 20 million Euro in collateralised bearer bonds. Due to questions of investors CLERE AG hereby clarifies that the company neither issued own bearer bonds nor plans to issue some, but signed bearer bonds of other issuers. Berlin, 25.10.2016 Our focus is on plants in regions whose political stability, legal framework, and existing energy and environmental policies guarantee a stable source of revenue in the long term. Until 8 April 2016, CLERE AG operated under the name Balda AG.
