KG, where in his last position from 2008 to 2014 he was Chairman of the Management Board. Mr. Ulric Jerome is chief executive of MatchesFashion.com Ltd. based in London, a fast growing, leading global luxury fashion online retailer. Previously, Ulric Jerome was a founding partner of Pixmania.com which was one of the largest multi-specialist European e-commerce companies. “I am very pleased to welcome to the Supervisory Board Mr. Holland and Mr. Jerome, two proven experts in the areas of trade and e-commerce. The Supervisory Board comprises an excellent team to accompany zooplus AG as the clear market leader in online retailing for pet supplies, in successfully continuing to execute its growth strategy.
