On May 07, 2012, Mr Michael Haupt, Deutschland has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on TAG
Immobilien AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% and 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on August 26, 2005 and on that day amounted
to 2.17% (this corresponds to 149161 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1.72% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 117995 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Haupt.
