Peach Property Group has notarised 13 of the 23 condominiums in its
Peninsula Beach House development in Wädenswil

Zurich, 9 May 2012 - Peach Property Group AG, a leading developer of
high-value residential property in German-speaking Europe, has published
sales figures as work begins on its Peninsula Beach House development: to
date, 13 of the 23 high-quality dwellings have been notarised. This
corresponds to 41% of the planned sales volume.

Peach Property Group CEO Thomas Wolfensberger: 'The fact that the
notarisation of condominiums in the Peninsula Beach House has accelerated
in the last few weeks confirms the appeal of these exclusive dwellings. The
construction plan foresees residents being able to move into their
exceptional lakeside residences in 2014.'

Benefiting from a saleable floor area amounting to 4745 m2, the Peninsula
Beach House will be offering its owners a unique quality of life complete
with direct access to, and breathtaking views of, Lake Zurich. With floor
areas of between 130 and 290 m2 , the condominiums nestle harmoniously in a
park setting designed by landscape architect Enzo Enea and come with a
price tag starting at CHF 2.2 million. The Peninsula Beach House
development also comprises a private gym and wellness facility containing a
spa, an indoor squash/exercise hall, indoor golf, an aerobics room, a 20 m
indoor pool and a relaxation tub. The development is being built to Swiss
Minergie(R) standards and incorporates the latest sustainable energy
systems, including heat-exchange technologies for exploiting the latent
heat of the lake water.

The construction plan foresees occupancy of the units in the spring of
2014. Anchor and tensile trialling work is currently underway on the
challenging lakeside terrain. The complex excavation work is scheduled to
begin in June. Superstructure work is due to start early in 2013.

The Peninsula Beach House represents the first construction phase of the
overall Peninsula development planned for Wädenswil's historically
significant Giessen industrial estate, which occupies a 30,000m2 peninsula
on Lake Zurich. Peach Property Group is breathing new life into the former
private site and complementing what, in part, are heritage-protected
buildings through the addition of new residential units possessing
architectural and aesthetic merit. The peninsula is being submitted to a
thoroughgoing upgrade complete with car-free park, a network of paths and
public spaces.
